Processing time

In-stock orders typically process within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the carrier, selected service and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays and other disruptions may affect arrival.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $150 before tax.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation to follow your package.

A shipping label may be created before the carrier receives your package. Tracking updates appear as the carrier scans the shipment.

Damaged, incorrect or delayed orders

Contact puretattoosupplies@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help.

For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the items and packaging. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

We cover return shipping for incorrect items we sent or items that arrived damaged. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
